Thanks for the post Lolly.

It would be surprising if diet did not effect brain function, given that the brain is largely composed of "fats".

There are lots of trials suggesting benifits from DHA for a wide range of conditions depression, bipolar, age related degeneration, ADHD etc.

Long suffering mice deprived of DHA, show a strong take up in the brain when it is resupplied.

Given that trials do show links directly and indirectly with HER for omega threes, are fats also implicated in the risk of brain mets, pure guess work on my part but on the balance of probabilities when they get round to looking fully at fats and BC I think there will be risk links found with brain mets.
