Hi, I think Ann is saying to use a nebulizer with albuterol. It widens the bronchial passages. I think they also use an oral steroid, prednisone for a similiar purpose. My son uses these meds for asthma. I don't know if it applies to lung mets but it helps asthmatic hacking. Good luck. BB
