Sheila, good luck! I had dropped off a copy of the printable brochure Joe provided here, last week, so he had time to check into it before my appt. yesterday.

Lee, we talked about monthly if the results are elevated, but if I have a normal reading I don't know how often. I'm thinking he'll use the same model we used with the CEA tumor marker when I was on Herceptin maintenance; we tested CEA levels every 3 months in the absence of symptoms, then when I had symptoms he would order the CEA along with scans. So I think it will be the same with the Her2 Serum, but I'm not clear on that
If one is Stage IV then insurance coverage shouldn't be a problem, but if you have earlier stage disease it might be an issue, be sure to check out that angle.
