Back in then early 1940's to 60's, it was documented that children, esp. in England and the U.S., were suffering from a host of neurological disorders associated with playing on the side of the road, conditions blamed on "road dust". We all know that gasoline had lead additives that accumulated on the sides of the road and were ingested by children causing symptoms now described as Minimata disease; or lead poisoning. You'd think we'd have learned more in the last 50 - 60 years!
These companies should have their asses sued off!
