I already sent Dr. Harris an email. I found the szechuan peppers at Penzey Spices (http://www.penzeys.com/cgi-bin/penze...ppercorns.html) we have a store nearby. They actually are QUITE good (have been using it in place of regular pepper...a little KICK to it). Take care and God bless
