My onc approved it - said either that or Estring. Low dose, and these 2 they reckon don't spread throughout system. I haven't started it yet, and will talk about it at next gyn visit. My bc is er-/pr-, but even so I know you have to be (and I certainly want to be) cautious about any risks. Jo
