Someone had earlier asked about BCBS FEP insurance coverage for chemo/Herceptin. I finally received an EOB for my first infusion and the total submitted charges were $6406. They allow only $2604 and paid $2343, so I wind up paying $260 per visit which is probably pretty low compared to what many have to pay.
