Your oncologist is correct, even if you just get out and walk your heart will benefit. Try to work up to 3-4 miles a day. Hard I know to think about, but a little each day and you will get there. As to the CoQ10, my nutrition at the center I am being treated at recommended this as well. I am taking 100mg 3 x a day.
Start of with 100 mg a day and work your way up over the next few weeks.
Prior to chemo my muga scan was 61 and has remained this way throughout Chemo and now with 8 months of Herceptin.
