Hi Robin; I've been on Herceptin either weekly or 3 weekly since January 2001, a total of 58 months now. I've had no long term side effects except the runny nose and being tired for a day noted by Sheila. My nails have always been weak, and though I've gained weight in my opinion that's due to eating more, exercising less
