Unfortunately I think I have done some things backwards. After I was biopsied at the breast center at Northwestern, I met with a surgeon,not an oncologist. I had surgery a week and a half ago. The only things I have had done is a chest x-ray and blood work. Both were clear. I meet with the oncologist for the first time tomorrow. I know I will have to have chemo and radiation and now thankfully Herceptin. The one thing I do know is that I am HER2+++. I know I will have to have more scans and I am extrememly nervous about them. Thank you all for your help. It has been so valuable. THANK YOU!!!
