With AC, you should not combine with Herceptin but that doesn't mean after it is done or if you start on something different, that you shouldn't add Herceptin to the mix. Sometimes Herceptin can take a little while to work. And you are HER 2+ so they should try it out for a longer time period than it seems they did.
Also, are the tumors still growing or just staying the same? I would discuss the addition of herceptin in your future (after AC is completed as the 2 together can be bad on the heart).
Keep us posted on your progress. Your condition can be controlled and the disease can be a chronic condition that is manageable for a long, long time.
I would also ask about Avastin ( a drug that inhibits tumors to grow blood vessels). This might be a help in your case.
