Are you on Nuelasta. WHen I was on Taxol and received Nuelasta shots my liver enzymes (ALT and AST), alkaline phosphatase and CA 27-29 all were elevated above the normal range. At first my oncologist thought I had mets but all scans were normal. It turns out that Nuelasta causes this problem in about 17-20 percent of patients. I hope this is your problem. Six weeks after my last Nuelasta injection all my results were in the normal range.
