Hello there! I have my port in my arm on the opposite side. It is located on the inside against my body-halfway between my underarm and elbow. It was put in for weekly herceptin infusions. I think the location is great-it never bothers me or catches on anything, except the occasional tight sleeve. I'm not sure why some women have the chest ports? Only the arm port was recommended for me. Good Luck with yours!
