I have had a low MUGA, from just hercpetin, it went from 53 to 35, so I stopped herceptin and saw a Cardiologist ( I would definitely do this , it is their specialty) He did an ECHO and I have no heart damage also put me on meds coreg. and lisinopril , there are some of us taking heart meds while we are on herceptin. My MUGA is back up to 53. My cardiologist said if my MUGA drops again he would want another ECHO because the MUGA's can vary !!!
