Well, I am SO glad you posted about this.
When I first was diagnosed 5 years ago my Dad gave me his rebounder and I had it on the patio and used it for a while. Then the weather turned, it got put in the garage, things put in front of it and my cancer came back and flattened me. I see it peeking out every now and then when I am looking for something in the garage, but now I am going to go get it out! I have space in my rec room now that some of my deceased mother-in-laws furniture was sold!
Yay!

Not sure about all the benefits of using it other than balance and heart rate, but that is enough for me.
