Hi, I took it religiously for 5 years, my dad used to make it up for me and pay for it, he died in 2003 so I kept it up for another 12 months, but all the while my mets still kept coming back in the lymphs and skin, I do believe it is good for the immune system but that was all. I still have some left in packets but I have not got around to making it up, distilled water, boiled up in stainless steel, it was a ritual that has to be carried out to the letter.
