Thanks for the encouragement, Janet. With a little luck I 'll be working on 9 years out this Norvember with no chemo since 1998, only Herceptin, in many varied trials and attempts at taking it and leaving it only to always come back to it again and again, in some dosage or another...smile.
Personally, I don't know why they are not employing biofeedback to all cancer treatments of some sort or another...her-2, especially if you are a person like me who the markers really follow well, is a perfect candidate for this and in my opinion, should be monitored like Diabetics take their blood sugar and use those numbers to manage their insulin intake...as I am fond of saying, this is NOT rocket science folks...if you can plot and X and a y on a basic graph, you can do this and achieve SUCH amazing control of your life...I work like a maniac and raise my son alone. I had no choice but to experiment until I found something that would work in my situation, but I am certain, it can be modified to work for others...just look what biofeedback has done for conditions like pain management and high blood pressure , just to name two more...
