I felt swollen lymph nodes just at the same place as you described. I got it checked with my oncologist and he didn't care much about it and said it may be due to the sinus or some thing. He said CT scan does not help. After two months it is still like that not growing and don't really know the answer what to do. I am on a year of Herceptin since March.
