Thanks for everyone's input. Unfortunately, I don't have insurance right now so I am being treated at a public hospital in Chicago. I'm very grateful for all the treatment I have received so far. I got an email from my doctor yesterday who said he was running my case by Dr. Cobleigh at Rush Hospital so I'm waiting to hear back. I'll let you know what they say.
