I was on Navelbine/Herceptin for both recurrences to lymph nodes, and it worked very well for me with minimal side effects. My treatments were weekly, the main concern was low blood counts resulting in anemia and risk of infection. I was given Kytril for anti-nausea, and Arenesp to help build red blood cells. The Arenesp made a huge difference for me in terms of energy level.
All in all, would take it again in a heartbeat. Best of luck in your decision,
