I had significant Herceptin side effects at first, but they were more along the toxic shock line. Have you thought about the possibilities of premeds they give you with the Herceptin being the cause?
I believe the body "holds" on to the strength it needs at the time, then later "gives in." It could very well be that the chemo in your system built up to a point that you're just now reacting. But, why guess? Do check with your onc.
