Hi -
I am a little tardy in responding as I was away for a few weeks.
But, I am here to tell you that liver mets CAN be beat. I had almost 60% of my liver in tumors over 3.5 years ago and cleaned it out with a Taxol, Navelbine, Herceptin combo. Been on maintenance Herceptin since reaching NED (no evidence of disease).
Am one of those making new stats for tough situations.
