Hi Velva, congratulations on your successful surgery! Hope you're recovering well from that, it sounds like you're on the mend. I don't know personally about the WBR, but from what the other gals have posted it seems like the standard to have WBR to "mop up" after either surgery or gammaknife. I'm sure some others will post with their experiences, just wanted to say good for you!
