The key to getting into the chat room is patience. When you click each step of the way, you will get blank boxes.... WAIT... don't do anything... they will appear. It may seem like its time to quit.... but DON'T, hang on for another 30 seconds and you will get there. A very slow chat, but it does work. By the way, I have pop up blocker and am still able to get in.
