I have rib pain in various places. Seems to move around; sometimes the ache is the ribs in front; sometimes it's the back ribs.
Thankfully, right now it's more of an ache, not pain, that comes and goes. I do take Arimidex; one of the side effects is listed as "pain." So far the tests don't show anything.
