Thank you for the information. You story is very inspiring and fills me with hope. Unless the CT says otherwise, my cancer is in remission and no other chemo is called for a this time. The stem cell is a chance to do what I call "preventative maintenance". Herceptin is not a option for me. Currently, I am her2 neg., but post on this board for fellowship and encouragement. It is nice to be in touch with others who know what I am going through. With my family, I have to pretend to be stronger than I really am. I have a six year old little girl. So, a brave face is always needed. Even when I am not feeling so brave..........like today.
