Yes, my eyelashes fell out during AC/Taxol, grew back in thereafter (during radiation) and then fell out again after a couple of months on Herceptin. However, I found that when I switched to a gentler mascara (Maybelline Full & Soft) and began taking a vitamin B supplement, they have come back while on Herceptin.
I'm with Ron's wife, Cindi, I had a harder time dealing with my eyelashes falling out than my hair!
