News to me, too. But this could be a recent finding...or could be misinformation. Just don't know for sure. I haven't seen any documentation on it.
Some drugs ARE radiosensitizers and are given for that purpose with radio resistant tumors.
It won't hurt to forego the Herceptin for this short a time.
