I wear a surgical steel arm bracelet. I also wear a jobst sleeve (had 45 nodes removed) for prevention of lymphedema and the bracelet fits over the sleeve. I leave the bracelet on all the time and shower with it on. I don't like advertising but I have to do what I have to do to stay healthy. If I had a big arm it would stand out so the way I look at it there is no way I can cover it up except to wear long sleeves and its too hot for me to do that except in the winter. I hope this helps.
