I have a bracelet, but don't wear it because if it rides up on my arm even a little, it aggravates my lymphedema, as the arm is very sensitive to constriction there. I have been meaning to order the necklace, and I believe you can order them in different lengths so it would hang under the clothing. I do have a card that I carry in my wallet with my ID, that says in red, Lymphedema Alert Right Arm, plus a card to alert med personal about my port.
Whether the bracelet catches people's attention or not, I don't know, but many people have medical conditions and would probably not consider it that unusual.
