Hi Shannon: I am SO glad you have found this site. There are many wonderful people here that can give you advice and support because they've "been there, done that". The fact that you are trying to get into a clinical trial is GREAT! Many of us have participated in trials and it is the way we can get cutting edge treatments. I was diagnosed 2 years ago, Stage IIIA, ER/PR+, 10 of 20 lymph nodes positive, HER2+++. Went through A/C, Taxol/Herceptin, Radiation and am presently NED (No evidence of disease). I no longer take Herceptin because I experienced some heart damage (which has since corrected itself). Please let me know how your scans turn out. Welcome to the HER2 Support site.
