I wish I could tell you whether chemo brain is permanent or not, but I can't remember!!!
Seriously, yes, it is real and there's no way to "measure" it. I first had chemo for 6 months in early 2000 and had "not quite so sharp times" ever since. I'm sure it's different with everyone, but at least now when I forget a word or thought, I have something real to blame it on!
