Debbie,
I was recently taken off Herceptin for same reason, deceased EF from around 80% to50% by echo. Still on Xeloda at a reduced dosage. My cardio doc will recheck me in 3 wks.
Sounds like you're doing all with coQ10. I wish I was more help.
