Yes, here in the Outbacks of Oregon we are getting cutting edge diagnostics and treatment also. Although I didn't receive Herceptin for first line tx, like Steph was told I would if there was recurrence...there was, I did, and am still here to tell the tale...Now trying for a clinical trial at University of Washington in Seattle for a Her2 vaccine.
