Re: New drug could overcome resistance to CDK4/6 inhibitors in breast cancer
Unfortunately for my wife, this "RANK" idea did not pan out. She was on the regimen of Abemaciclib (a CDK4/6 inhibitor), trastuzumab biosimilar, Fulvestrant, and Denosumab. This regimen work for about 10 months.
