It just hit me reading the posts. They say one glass of WINE a week a day a year increases breast cancer risk. What about beer, what about whiskey, what about mixed drinks. Why is it always wine?
At age 69 You get cynical. It may have something to do with the non-wine liquor industry. When the gas prices goes way up you know it before you leave the house. You turn on the computer and there is a headline "Pain at the Pump." Do you think it is slightly possible that the Oil companies pay the media to put this up to prepare people?
Look at it this way. Moderate wine consumption has been linked with a lower heart attack rate. Breast cancer can last for years, even decades. A massive heart attack can kill you in seconds. Notice I said moderate.
