Re: One Simple Improvement
My improvement started in Feb 2014 and lasts until now. I switched to a plant based diet and eat fish once a week and very low amounts of cheese. I am Armenian and LOVE cheese! I lost 36 pounds, very slowly, and have kept it off! I saw a gal at my daughters house over Christmas who I last saw the summer of 2014...she looked at me and said, you look younger! Made me smile because I have had so much chemo. Hope to continue this into 2017. Happy New Year Everyone!!! Cathy
