In order to fight against cancer,tumor
mouse model can be established: (1) to evaluate the anti tumor immune treatment effect; (2) as antitumor drug screening model; (3) for tumor metastasis study providing better research platform; (4) for the research and development of anti metastatic drugs providing a good experimental tool.
