I haven't read the whole thing yet, but the graphs say it all quickly. Although in their 2 study groups (treated 2004-2008 vs. 1986-1992), there has been a reduction in recurrences overall -- it's most dramatic, by far, in the HER2+ subtypes (both ER negative and positive).
