Stage IV August 2012- mets to liver, bones, omentum, and skin. Started herceptin/perjeta/taxotere
May 2013- started herceptin/ perjeta/navelbine
August/September 2013- started kadcyla
March 2014- ended kadcyla, had gamma knife to three spots in brain
58 yrs old, post menopausal at dx
