I felt tired all the time until I found Dr. Joe - he put me through 6 hours of physical therapy a week. It was rough, but he was the right doctor to help me regain quality of life. A true miracle worker - I hope you find the right doctor, and the one is right, part of it could be between your ears - cognitive fatigue is very exhausting.
