I was Googling after SoCalGirl's comments. I think the closest situation I can find is:
autologous fat transfer for brazilian butt lift or for breast reconstruction or enlargement.

Wow! I've never checked out brazilian butt lifts before. There is some serious improvement in the look of some of those tushes. Where do I sign up, lol!


I've been interested in this procedure. It seems the most important criteria for success is the skill of the surgeon. Most clients are happier with a more conservative use of fat transfer. Risks are infections and lumpiness from necrosis. I don't know about nerve damage, but I would expect it would occur especially in large harvest sites.



You can Youtube and see how the fat is injected. I saw a repair on an indentation in a girl's thigh that looked interesting.
