Since you have discomfort even some fat could cushion the rib. There is some absorbtion, but I thought a AFT for breast reconstruction showed it was less then originally thought.

Well . . . do you have any extra adipose tissue elsewhere that you'd like to have removed? Could be a win-win. Skinny thighs, cushy back!
