Hi Nancy, I'm on Aromasin (Exemestane) too, but I'm also on Affinitor (Everolimus) so my side effects overlap. I can tell you my mouth and throat are always dry. I have to drink a lot of water often. If I don't my throat and sinus close up. My sinsus are dry, stuffed and running at the same time. My cholesterol is the highest it's ever been. I get headaches often, and have a throaty, tickle-like cough. I don't have much energy so I tired easily and quickly, have mild nausea and dizziness, have trouble sleeping and staying awake (days and nights are mixed up), my skin is extremely dry and aging and my hair has thinned. Besides that, I can't complain.
