The medical director of the sponsoring pharma company is a graduate of genentech's tdm1 program. I ran into him in San antonio in 2010 (at an Italian restaurant!); he was there with his new colleagues and told me there were many exciting her2 agents in the works...perhaps this was one of them!
Holding my breath for the next few days...
