Diagnosed Feb 2010, age 32
IDC 0.5cm & 0.1mm and DCIS
Had mastectomy
Lymph nodes clear, no vascular invasion
Stage 1, grade 1, ER+, PR-, HER2+
Had 5x FEC, on tamoxifen and herceptin
