My mom (metastatic breast cancer to skull, bones, lungs and liver) is taking navelbine + herceptin + everolimus and it has worked to an extent for her. Xeloda/Tykerb combination didn't work for her and this was the only option we had left. Her tumor marker has halved in about two months, and the disease is stable at the moment. Tumors in the liver has shrank a bit too.
Don't know whether it will help with lung metastasis, but can't hurt to ask you doctor.
