Swimming is actually really good for lymphedema. There are specific exercises you can do it the pool (I think it's Tidhar method, if you look it up). You don't have to wear a sleeve in the water.

FEC & Taxol, rads, bilateral mast., recon.
Tamoxifen - Zoladex & Arimidex - Zoladex & Femara

09/2009 Axillary dissection 19/20 nodes +, no primary tumor. New cancer or recurrence?
Grade III, ER/PR- HER-2+++
Taxol Cytoxan & Herceptin x 8

April 2010 Skin mets, L axilla ER/PR-, Her-2 equivocal
Stop Herceptin, start Xeloda, mets disappear
June/July 2010, rads & Xeloda break
Aug. 2010 skin mets reappear, restart Xeloda, mets gone
Sept. 2010 add Tykerb
