Are you asking what I think about the linked article?
If so, it discusses one way metastasis utilize to spread and it discusses it in animal models rather than humans ad it seems to discuss it in cancers of all kinds rather than breast cancer, let alone her2+ breast cancer.

We are finding out more and more. It is hard to piece it all together. Cancer, if not anything else, is complicated!

Good thing we are finding out about more and more things to target, though.
