Karen, I was diagnosed with multiple liver mets, the largest 9cm, in Dec 2006 .I have survived with mets for 50 months to date-nearly twice that 26 number. My current cocktail of drugs seems to be pushing back the tide somewhat.There are more options available now than when I was diagnosed so I am hopeful for me but even more so for those of you more recently diagnosed.
Don't let the median be the message!
